Launcher Failed

Having some problems starting Indexing app. When starting the app, it asks if I want to accept incoming network connections. Click Allow, enter admin password, and then I get the following error. Any idea what I can do to fix this?

So it looks like I have to be logged into an Admin account in order to run this program. This is one of the many things that should be changed in future updates (one of the others being not building it on Java).
