I am an indexing coordinator and help ward members get started. I had the same problem as others with loading the indexing program from the website and it came up with the java error. I uninstalled the program from the C\Program file rebooted and installed the latest Java version. We tried loading it again using internet explore because i read that the error message could be because of loading it from google chrome. Same error came up. I installed again and again got the same error message. I
