unknown error when going to lessons/melchizedek priesthood materials in gospel library for windows 4.018.0
when ever I go to lessons and hit enter on melchizedek priesthood I get the following error an unknown error has occurred in addition to that I get a blank white screen after clicking ok to dismiss the error message. what can I do to fix this.
