February Ensign not loading?

System: Dell tablet, Windows 8.1, for unknown reasons I cannot access the full February issue of the Ensign, even the icon shows only "Preview Articles" which only has two "articles". I have uninstalled Gospel library, rebooted system and reinstalled the library but nothing has changed. Does anyone have suggestions/recommendations as to what the issue might be? I have malware software installed and nothing has been detected that hasn't been resolved. Thank you.

The content team has yet to update the content source that Gospel Library for Windows version 2.x (and Gospel Library for Android version 3.x) uses. We don't know when (or even if) the content team plans to update this older content source. While we are able to point users of Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile to our newer app, currently in open beta, that uses a newer content source that already includes the new content, there is nothing we can do for users of the older app on Windows 8.1 or Windows Phone 8.1.

March 2017 issue of Ensign has not loaded at all. I have version 2.16.11.190. Hopefully the content team will update sooner than later.
