No Video and Audio - Win10

I have attempted to watch a video and listen to the scriptures via the Gospel Library app on Windows 10. I cannot get any video or audio playback. I have tested this on multiple Windows 10 systems...no luck. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a fix? Thanks!

Greetings! Windows 10 can be loaded on a wide variety of devices/machines. It would help if you could be more specific as to your hardware.

Which is to say, NOT Windows 10 Mobile.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
