Gospel Library Crashes...

Whenever I attempt to open either the "Magazines" or Lessons" folders.

Are you on the latest version? This was fixed in a recent update so you might just need to update the app from the store.

I've been running version 2.15.5.60, including up until 15 minutes ago. I started to respond to your post, and loaded GL to make sure of the version number. It is now 2.15.8.160. It's working great!

Yes, if you are running the current version of the app you should no longer be experiencing these crashes, and the Lessons and Magazines sections should work as expected.

I downloaded the latest app today for a WIndows 10 OS machine and the app crashes immediately on opening every time. Unfortunately this makes a wonderful resource useless.

Out of curiosity, what antivirus software are you using? Have you tried temporarily disabling it while using the app?

Thanks for your advice. I turned antivirus off and got the same crash. I am using Windows defender

Have you tried uninstalling the app, restarting your device twice (yes, twice), and reinstalling the app?

Thanks for the advice. Uninstalled, restarted twice and then reinstalled. Same issue of crashing on opening.

I too am having a problem with Gospel Library crashing on opening. My Beta version started crashing on opening several weeks ago, so I reverted to the standard edition which has been fine until today. Actually worked this AM but not now.
I uninstalled the Beta version in case there was a conflict, but standard still won't open. I'm using Windows 10.
Any suggestions...I have a lot of highlighting, journal entries, notes etc I don't want to lose.
Went to the store and tried to install for an update, and it recognizes the version I have. Not able to tell which version I have as it crashes before I can look.
