Within the Windows 8 Beta Gospel Library App, I can tag without issue. However, after one of the recent updates. I cannot view tags, I can see them in the Notebook, but when you select a tag (with mouse, finger or stylus) nothing happens. I use this functionality often, and would love to have the ability back. For the meantime I will use the web portal for viewing tags.

Tags is a preview feature in Gospel Library Beta for Windows. Because of this, the feature is inherently incomplete. Preview Features are only present for users to get a glimpse of what is coming in the future. The Tags feature is very high up in our priority list, but the feature will take time to implement completely and will have a functioning, user-friendly experience behind it when it is released as a full, non-preview feature.

I also am unable to view tags on the windows 8 app..

I assume that if you are beta users, you have seen the huge advance in the tags. They are now found under Library Contents > notes > Annotations > Tags.
