Using the exact same LDS login name and password that I use on other church sites, I get an error message when I try to sign in on Windows 8 Gospel Library. How can I get that fixed?

Spoke with you on the phone today. For those interested or having similar problems, the cause of the issue here was McAfee's overzealous firewall blocking the sign in for Gospel Library.
