Updated content for 2015

I noted that the Windows PHONE 8 gospel library does not show Teachings of Presidents of the Church: Ezra Taft Benson. So last Sunday people with Windows Phones in our ward could not use it. Any ETA for that content?
I did notice that the NEW Gospel Library for Window 8.1 has Teachings of Presidents of the Church: Ezra Taft Benson. I am technology specialist in my ward and people have asked. Will there be an update for Window Phone 8.1? Current version is 1.17.0.2?
I noticed on iPhone and Androids phones are up to 2.5 and 3.0. Windows 10 and Window Phone 10 universal app will most likely fix it but even though the beta for those will arrive this month (21 January for both maybe) via the Windows 10/Phone 10 Insider Program distributions and it would be good to know how to advise people.

In the interest of time, I'll include the mass email that's being sent to everyone who asks for more information about the President Benson manual below:
Hello,
You're receiving this email because you are one of many users requesting information about the 2015 manuals for Relief Society or the Melchizedek Priesthood: Teachings of Presidents of the Church: Ezra Taft Benson.
As a member of the Windows Phone development team, I can assure you that, were this issue under our control, we would have resolved it a very long time ago. Unfortunately, it is not in our control, and we're at the mercy of the Church content team for content updates. We are doing everything in our power to get these new manuals available for your study. We expected the manuals to be available last Sunday, but a technical issue delayed the content team from getting out the manuals with the other new content, including the January editions of the Church magazines. We've been told that they will be working on getting the manuals out again this week, and, if all goes well, they should be available very soon. Once the content team updates the content, we’ll be updating the shortcuts in the app.

In the meantime, the team behind Gospel Library for Windows Phone is actively racing to produce an all-new version of Gospel Library for Windows Phone 8.1, from scratch, that will include an entirely new interface that shares its design language with the new Windows 8.1 application, as well as a very large number of new features. We do not know precisely when a public beta will be available for the new version of Gospel Library for Windows Phone 8.1. We can say, however, that we are focusing our efforts on the new application and anticipate a public beta to be available in the near future.

It should also be noted that the versioning between platforms for Gospel Library is entirely irrelevant. The platforms have developed over time and each has its own versioning history.

Is there more than one content library? I downloaded the manual for Android last week.

There's more than one source for content, yes. Windows Phone uses a different content platform than iOS, Android, and Windows do. Android and the new Windows app share their content source and will soon take up iOS' source as a common platform. The new Windows Phone app, when it is available, will also share its content platform with Windows, and, thus, with Android.

So can we get the Ezra Taft Benson content soon?
Based on my current information, barring any new technical issues, the new manual should be available by tomorrow evening.

I'm saying that we're working on the new version and that we're hoping to have something ready for public testing in the near future.

Update on the President Benson manual:
You're receiving this email as an update concerning the new 2015 manual for Relief Society and Melchizedek Priesthood lessons, Teachings of Presidents of the Church: Ezra Taft Benson. The new manual is now available in the application and can be downloaded for your personal study and for use as a tool in class. We'll be pushing an update to the application that will update the shortcuts to the new, 2015 curriculum.

Yes, I believe that we've established the limited capabilities of the current Windows Phone app to show rich content like images and special formatting are one of the many, many reasons the volunteer team has decided to scrap the old application and work feverishly on a new application.
Also: NONE of the platforms have page numbers for the President Benson manual--the content team hasn't included them. My guess is that they will update the manual later to include them.
