You may wish to force-close the beta application, restart your computer, and then remove it (and then possibly restart again) before reinstalling it. There may be a file that is getting locked by the operating system that it isn't able to remove which is preventing the application from launching.

As Preview Features are incomplete features, none of these features or the switch itself will ever be available in the release version of the app.
