I noted that the Windows Share feature on the Charms Bar does not work. Is there an ETA for that function?

Sharing is an in-development feature. It will be available in a future release. We don't give ETAs as, not only is all development on the project is volunteer-driven, there are other underlying components that often find their way up the priority list.
