I was wondering how to gain access to the member and leader services website. It asks for the unit number and password, so I tried all the passwords that the church has given our ward. Nothing is working. I don't know....I thought I would try posting here before I called headquarters.

Please Advise.

Call headquarters. There's no way forum members can verify who you are.

I've seen the information in the past in the STS's personal email and as a message in the stake MLS. I believe it's intended to be used by the STS and whomever he delegates. Wards should not take it upon themselves to enter as the software needs to be the same version for the entire stake.
