For the last 12+ months, the LDS Employment centers(staff & job seekers) in Oregon & Washington have problems accessing & using Yahoo mail. Specifically, getting into the "in box" to get new mail (like an LDS Account verification message). We have tried using IE 7, Firefox, & Chrome and have had all of the same challenges with each of them.

Any ideas or suggestions on how to solve or work around this issue?

I see that this is a fairly old post, but in case you were checking, I thought perhaps we could follow up with this and invite discussion if it was still needed.

You stated that new mail wasn't showing up in the inbox. Is it showing up in the spam folder, or is it not showing up in any folder at all? And is this consistent behavior or is it intermittently not receiving new mail?
