Resources for Newly Called Members

In our ward we are considering using a document to help alert members to all of the resources available to them in their new callings through lds.org (E.G. lesson plans). Is anyone aware of a best practice here? Is there a document that is already prepared for this purpose?

A couple of people have posted their training materials. See here, or the thread Handout for ward members- introduce calendar, etc (look through the whole thread, as several people posted their ideas along the way).
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.
