Who can access Personal Progress for Young Women

This may not be the right forum but we have a custom ward calling "Personal Progress Advisor". Problem is that she cannot access the Personal Progress information necessary for her intended calling. It is clear that she will have to be given another designated standard calling and I am trying to find out what the options are to present at bishopric meeting.

I appreciate a direct answer if anyone happens to know, but would also appreciate even knowing where better to direct the question.

Thanks

You're correct that a person has to have an appropriate standard calling in order to access the Personal Progress system. The precise list of these callings is in question #11 on the Personal Progress FAQ:
11. Which leaders have permission to view the Leader Summary page and review or approve a value experience or project?
The following leaders will have the ability to view Personal Progress information for those young women for whom they are responsible: ward Young Women president, counselors, and secretary; Laurel, Mia Maid, and Beehive adviser; stake Young Women president, counselors, and secretary; bishop, bishopric first counselor, and bishopric second counselor; and stake president, stake president first counselor, and stake president second counselor.

Thanks to both of you for the pointing me to a thorough discussion and answer to the question. I now feel like I know more about Personal Progress than most Y/W presidents :) It is amazing how you can burn up a couple hours researching a problem and conducting email discussions that seem almost outside of a Clerks direct calling. I almost feel I should have suggested that the Y/W president should research the answer and report back with that answer so I could see If and how I could then be a help. Problem is we have a great y/w pres. and I figure I had more time than she did.

Without you brethren however, I would have spent double the time on this.
