Is this anywhere on the site that I can view?
I can only find in archive emails from 2010

Which newsletter are you talking about? The official LDSTech newsletter has not been sent for a while; the last one was in September 2010. The LDSTech Newsletter Archive contains newsletters through August 2010, so it's just missing that last one. But since you said "recent," I'm guessing you're not referring to that newsletter.
The Meetinghouse Technology newsletter was first sent in January 2011; all three issues that have ever been sent (and instructions for subscribing) are on the wiki at Meetinghouse technology newsletter.
Did you mean one of those two, or some other newsletter?
