We leave a current printed copy of ward members in the recommend book sorted by active, expired etc real easy to look at and gives all information.

MRN in my pocket makes a difference

Just look at the old recommend, or as has been pointed out, just have a printout of MRN's in the recommend book.

Having the MRN in my pocket allows me to respond to a ward member requesting their MRN in three simple taps, any time, anywhere. They get what they need and I don't have to remember to look it up and get back to them. Simple, quick, efficient, time saver... ...that's why I like the MRN in my pocket. I'm not always at home or church when they ask. I gave it to one member while at the supermarket. Another asked while at a service project.
