Greenhouse Team

I am doing some research on greenhouse teams and what kind of processes they employ, if any, to keep things creative and moving forward. Does anyone out there have any experience in this area?

I'm unfamiliar with the terminology "greenhouse team"; can you explain it a little further for those who may also be unfamiliar with the phrase?

i did a "google" on the term greenhouse team and found how microsoft defines it but since i am not too swift i wont try to explain the term
the team grows "stuff" for computers????
