I have been asked to search if there is any gender guideline and/or policy for person who fills the calling of Cub Master.
I have only seen this calling extended to a male figure. Is there any directive or policy which states this must be?
I know within the Cub Scout organization it does not matter. But what about guidline/recommendation within the church?

Re: Cub Master - Gender
Looking at Handbook 2: 11.2.6, 11.5.3, and 11.8.1, I see nothing that says they must be male.
However, 11.8.1 does express a desire for a male role model in the Primary program.
