LDS Church Membership 1830-present

I'm a former employee of the Family History Dept. for 25 years. Here are my two questions:

1. How many members of the Church have there been from 1830-present?
2. What percentage of the total LDS Church Membership live on the earth right now? I asked this question some 20+ years ago and the answer was well over 90%. Perhaps this figure is even higher today.
