Thank you for the help so far. I can log in to lds.org and check donations, but the test amount has not shown up, so they have not linked the payment to my membership yet.
I will try phoning the church finance department.

I made a wrong entry of information for my donation online. Is there a way I can contact the church so those donations can be directed to my account and not to the wrong account from which I paid it? Thanks

And look for the question "I just submitted my donation request and noticed I made a mistake. How can I cancel my donation request?"
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
