Those decisions, of course, are made at the highest level of Church leadership by the First Presidency and Quorum of the Twelve Apostles. But those of us who are single and over 30 have not been forgotten. There are provisions for a stake to request the organization of a single adult (over 30) ward or branch if there are enough members to warrant it. And there are quite a number of them in the Church today.

In the meantime, the stake is responsible to provide service opportunities and other activities for single adults, and you may wish to visit with a member of your stake presidency who is responsible for this area of the work and let him know of your concerns and desires. Your stake president has the keys and authority to make something happen for members of your stake, including single adults.
