Find - Download LDS Tools app for XP desktop

Can someone direct me to where I can find and download a XP desktop app of LDS Tolls?

No such thing exists. The Church's focus is on mobile devices. The fact that Microsoft runs the same OS on the tablets as it does on the desktop is just a nice bonus.
You might see if there's a Android emulator that will work in XP. That's the only option. However, you really should upgrade. XP is no longer secure as it hasn't had any security patches for it in some time.
