Scheduling Building outside our stake

I can't find the policies on scheduling a building outside of our stake. We would like to hold a small luncheon after a temple sealing in a building close to the temple. Is that allowed?

You'll need to coordinate that with the unit that's in charge of that building. The details of that can depend on how that particular stake has decided to manage it.
