I was wondering if someone has come up with a helpful spreadsheet/excel document for tracking talks and prayers for sacrament meeting. And if you do would you mind sharing it with me?

Our ward uses a pretty simple google doc spreadsheet. We've used it for three years, each year we create a new tab. it's easy to search a name to see if they prayed or spoke recently in sacrament meeting. We share the doc with all Bishopric members, Ward Music chairman, ward bulletin person, etc.

the column headings:
Date -- Theme -- Conducting -- Chorister -- Organist -- Opening Hymn -- Opening Prayer -- Sacrament Hymn -- Youth/Adult Speaker -- Speaker(s) -- Intermediate Hymn/Special Musical Number -- Speaker(s) -- Closing Hymn -- Closing Prayer
