Newsletter problem

I am not able to create a new item in the Newsletter. When I hit the "create" link, the page narrows and it is not possible to create a new article. I am using my iPad for this, and will try my desktop tomorrow, but this is the same problem reported a couple of months ago, so I thought I would start a new thread and not keep adding on to the previous one....
