Re: More problems with Newsletter
Ok, then I think the problem is getting you released from your prior stake callings. Usually releases happen either manually or when people move out of the unit. But from past issues, I think the system has a problem when the unit changes stakes. The release process isn't triggered.

Re: More problems with Newsletter
It's a long shot, but try signing into the Calendar system and going to subscriptions. They try the Newsletter again. For Calendar problems, this triggers the system in a way that lets it know the member actually moved. Perhaps that same trigger will help you with the Newsletter. Again, it's a long shot.

Re: More problems with Newsletter
A couple of years ago my ward switched to a different stake and I had to be manually released from my stake calling in the previous stake. It was helpful having the overlap for a week or two.russellhltn wrote:Ok, then I think the problem is getting you released from your prior stake callings. If you can see yourself in your old stake in Leader and Clerk Resources, you may be able to release yourself.

I released myself, checked both LCR and CDOL and I am no longer listed, but now when I open the Newsletter, it only goes to the Stake Newsletter.... I'm sure it will all work out if I can be patient a little longer.
