Awesome! I can see the fix from my mobile phone, so I'm sure it's good on my desktop browsers too. Thank you so much. Now I can get back to work!!

Is this still an issue? I don't see any of the formatting options (adding images, etc.) and cannot add attachments. We have an upcoming event, and our stake president is expecting me to use the newsletter feature. Any assistance here?

UGGH! It's BACK!
I just checked again and it's the same problem all over again. Or so it appears. It was fine for a month and now it's happened again. Will someone please look into this? It happens for days and really makes our callings impossible and frustrating :(

The Forum is user-to-user support. We have no special contacts for issues like this. The official method to get feedback to those who can do something about it is through the feedback link found at the bottom of the Newsletter page.

That's interesting JD... because the last time this happened, someone from Feedback sent me to this Forum.

It's certainly useful to report issues here; others may see your post and be helped, or be able to shed additional light on the issue. Sometimes a problem can be solved or worked around by doing actions that any user can do, and people here on the forum might very well have experience that can help. That's probably why the support staff that processes feedback might send you here.

But if the problem requires action from engineers or IT personnel at the Church, then no one here can help you, and JD is entirely correct.

So what is the proper, most efficient reporting method? Do I give feedback on the Newsletter page and THEN come over to this thread and add my two cents?

This problem always requires their help. But it'd be nice to know what's officially going on and when it will be addressed. Especially as it's a reoccurring issue.

Just to update everyone, I have reported the newletter issues to my contact. I don't have a response, so I don't have anything to report.

We are looking into it. It is a similar issue as last time. A script was updated to fix a problem elsewhere, which is causing problems here. Our fix from last time is still in place so we aren't sure what is causing the problem this time. Will update when we know something.
