BUG: Unable to Paste to Newsletter in Internet Explorer

I am a ward website administrator. When attempting to copy and paste to the Newsletter, pasting does not do anything in Internet Explorer. I was able to successfully paste in Google Chrome.
I am running Windows XP and Internet Explorer 11.

That's interesting since IE11 has only been released for Windows 7 and Windows 8.1. The last browser compatible with Windows XP was IE8. So if your operating system is Windows XP then IE is more likely version 8. IE8 has had some problems with Newsletter. IE8 is not one of the supported browsers for LDS.org Tools.
