Downloading attachments disables newsletter page

I've found that after I download a Newsletter attachment that pretty much no controls/links work on the newsletter page until I reload the page.

So far it occurs for me on Safari Mac and Chrome Mac. I haven't tested others yet.

Interesting. I can duplicate this problem on Chrome/Win7 and Safari/Win7, but not on Firefox or IE9 -- they both work fine.
