Invalid image

I try adding photo and it keeps saying invald image! what can I do?

If you have not done so already, read the Newsletter Help. The Image Guidelines section of the Creating Articles page lists the permitted file image types.

Another thing to check if you were trying to upload a permitted image file type is to remove any special characters in the file name. Also try removing any spaces in the file name. For example, rename the file "Joseph's Picture.jpg" to something like "Josephs_Picture.jpg".
