I cannot access my ward newsletter. When I log in and go to the newsletter site the screen displays an error message and refreshes (blinks) about twice a second.

The error message is "An error has occurred. Please try your request again or return to the homepage"

I suspect the problem may be related to the fact that I am a member of my resident ward and also assigned to a YSA Stake. I am able to access directories and calendars of both my home stake and my assigned stake. I cannot access the ward newsletter (of any ward)

I have tried this using several configurations:
Hardware: iMac 27" 2012, i5
* OS X (10.8) with Safari, Chrome or Firefox browsers.
* Windows 8 with Internet Explorer browser
* Ubuntu 12.10 with Firefox browser
The different browsers behave slightly differently but all give the same error message.

Has anyone else seen this behavior? Any suggestions?

Can others in your home ward access the newsletter? How about in the YSA ward?

Others in my home ward can access the home ward newsletter.
I have not asked others in my YSA ward. I will need someone who is in the YSA ward that accesses a home ward newsletter--not as large a group as you may think. Many home wards are not yet using lds.org newsletters.

I am getting the same error with my Stake and Ward newletters. The error loop is very frustrating.

Are you also a out-of-unit leader like the Original Poster?

Did anyone figure out how to resolve this issue? I am also experiencing this problem. I am an out-of-unit leader in another ward in our stake as well.
