Can't access newsletter. "Error has occurred" loop

I cannot access my ward newsletter. When I log in and go to the newsletter site the screen displays an error message and refreshes (blinks) about twice a second.
The error message is "An error has occurred. Please try your request again or return to the homepage"
I suspect the problem may be related to the fact that I am a member of my resident ward and also assigned to a YSA Stake. I am able to access directories and calendars of both my home stake and my assigned stake. I cannot access the ward newsletter (of any ward)
I have tried this using several configurations:
Hardware: iMac 27" 2012, i5
* OS X (10.8) with Safari, Chrome or Firefox browsers.
* Windows 8 with Internet Explorer browser
* Ubuntu 12.10 with Firefox browser
The different browsers behave slightly differently but all give the same error message.
Has anyone else seen this behavior? Any suggestions?
