Not at this time, although it could be helpful in some cases. For now, you just need to instruct members (either in a separate communication or in the article itself) to right-click on the link and choose to open it in a new tab or window.

In case you're writing instructions for others...Mac users who don't have a right mouse button will need to control-click to get the menu.
