Unable to load a jpg file

In a demo of the Newsletter to all the bishops in Stake Bishopric meeting this morning, I was unable to attach a .jpg file. Get the error "Filetype not allowed". I did this last week, 11 Nov 2012 and it worked. I initially thought it was because of a different jpg file being used. I later tried the exact same file used last week that worked and it failed as well.

JPEG files cannot be put in a newsletter article as an attachment; instead, they should be inserted as an image.
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.

I also found the following in the help document regarding image uploading (in item 4 under “Create Articles”).

Note: Image uploading does not work in Internet Explorer. As a result, the image button does not appear in this browser. You must switch to Chrome or Firefox to upload images.

When it worked last week I was using Firefox. Are there plans to include inser image in Internet Explorer?
