Hi,

I just started looking at and using the news letter. Very excited. In fact, I excitedly pulled images off the lds website to include in an announcement newsletter (e.g. Elder Hollands photo to announce the CES broadcast, the Calgary Temple photo from lds.org to announce the open house). Then as I was about to save, I saw the checkbox and statement that says that I agree that I am only posting my own photos. Can I really Not use lds website photos in our newsletters?

Any clarification on this would be helpful.

My reading and interpretation of section 1, Licenses and Restrictions, of the Terms of Use tells me that you should not have a problem. I say this only because the images are being posted from one site owned by the Church to another owned by the Church.
