Copyright symbol missing on printed directory?

When you print the directory, at the bottom of each page you see the following:

For Church Use Only - Do not copy without permission from your local church leaders
Not to be Used for Any Commercial, Business, or Political Purpose
2011 Intellectual Reserve, Inc. All rights reserved
January 12, 2013

I'm assuming that the copyright symbol should appear in front of "2011 Intellectual Reserve...", but it doesn't. Also, should the copyright year change to the current year, not stay at 2011?

You should add a period after "All rights reserved" to be consistent with the way this phrase appears on LDS.org.

This is nothing new; I just looked and it's that way in production, too.
