Cut off text baseline on add a photo

Select My Household > Add a photo
You go to a new screen.
You see the text
Drag a Photo Here
or
Select a photo from your computer
All the descenders are cut off on "Select a photo from your computer" (p, y cut off)
I tried this in FF Win and Chrome Win. Same results on both.
IE Win and Safari Win have a different UI for the page so it doesn't apply.
