Custom callings

I'm updating the calling changes under "Organizations/Callings by Organization" in LCR. There are some Custom Callings set up under the Other Callings. When I try go in and release the prior individual it does not allow for a new name to be entered. I've also tried to add a new Custom Calling but it does not allow this either. It's almost like the system no longer allows update or creation of Custom Callings. I'm in need to add callings for "Public Relations Specialist" and "Church Service Missionaries". What suggestions do you have?
