RKATS (Record-Keeping And Technology Support) has been renamed. It's now called "Help Center".

Well, I'm now wondering exactly what the status of a clerk or executive secretary is... Interesting that the logistical/clerking side of what a Bishopric or Stake Presidency does seems to be lumped into a general 'Help' category.

There is still going to be areas of the Help Center that will remain accessible only to those with specific callings - just as it has in the past. For example, general membership does not have access to portions of the Help Center / Applications / Member and leader Services (MLS). In that example only four of the eleven sections are active for access to the general membership.

Yes, I get that, certainly it is still there, but there is separate areas for leadership positions on the lds.org website... let me see if I can be more specific.... most leadership callings have an area on the lds.org website... The list is below, so only clerk stuff... logistical stuff for MP Leadership is in the 'Help Center' - All other callings have a unique page, specially designated to it. Whether you think it or not, it says something important, psychologically it affects how we 'view' things. I've lived through too many experiences/conversations where the phrase "you're just the clerk" was used. In fact, I have had to explain to Stake Presidency members, even, that the site is official. It looks so different from all the other leadership areas that it is not immediately assumed, unfortunately.
