Lesson Schedule Administrators?

Can anyone clarify who has administrative rights to edit lesson schedules? Specifically, do instructors have adminstrative rights? The help center article on LDS.org is unclear and out of date:

"Note: In the next release of Lesson Schedules (expected around the first week of 2013, class instructors will have edit rights for their own classes)."

But that article was last updated in 2014, and no updates on the administrator roles.

It's been a long time since the Lesson Schedule was updated.

Under "known limitations":
Class instructors don't have rights to edit their classes. While organization leaders have rights to edit the lessons for classes in their organization, instructors themselves don't have rights to edit the lessons for classes they teach.
I don't know if that has changed, but if that did get resolved, it indicates very limited editing ability. Generally "Administrative" implies a much higher level of access. Currently that's limited to "bishoprics, clerks, executive secretaries, and ward website administrators."

Someone who is assigned as a class instructor can edit the lessons for that class. I have a class instructor who updates her schedule every week.

Where do you go to do this? Where is the Administrator link?

If you have administrative rights to the Lesson Schedules tool, if you go to the Lesson Schedules main page (lds.org/lesson), you should see an Administration link on the top right, under the title.
