Access to Change Lesson Schedule

I am Counselor in my ward SS Presidency. Can the ward clerk give me access (in addition to the SS President) to modify the SS Schedule (lesson and teacher)? If so, how is that done? I asked my ward clerk and they had no idea if or how to do this.

You should already have rights to add classes for your organization and to edit the schedule for those classes. See the
lesson schedule help.
If you can't make changes then have the ward clerk make sure that your position is recorded using a
standard position rather than a custom position. Only standard positions confirm rights to online tools.
