I would like to train the ward secretaries how to setup and use lesson schedules. As the stake Primary secretary shouldn't I have the rights to set up primary lesson schedules for my own ward? When I am adding a class it will not let me choose an auxiliary, it only posts no option. Also after I setup and save the added class ,a green check mark pops up and says it was successful ,but the class schedule does not display and is nowhere to be found.
I am at a loss as how to train others when it doesn't work for me. Is there any training video from the tech conferences that I could use to train the primary secretaries (and me) on how to set up lesson schedules?

Stake leaders don't have access to edit ward lesson schedules (or calendars or newsletters) unless they are manually added as editors. I would suggest setting up a meeting with one of your ward's Primary secretaries and working through the process with her, then using that lesson schedule as a pattern for future training.

It is possible for you to be manually added as an editor, by an administrator, but be careful to let the ward Primary leaders know what you are doing so as not to step on their toes.

Not true:
"Lesson Schedules is not available at the stake level, but stake leaders and clerks have administrative rights for their own ward so that they can learn how the application works and provide training and support to ward administrators."

The first question is "what is a stake leader". To many people's surprise, in many cases (when talking about the various on-line tools), it means the Stake Presidency, Executive Secretary and some clerks. Beyond that, it is iffy unless spelled out otherwise. So it's unclear to me if a Stake Primary Secretary has rights or not.

I'm a Assistant Stake clerk - Technology Specialist, and I have Admin rights to my ward's Lesson Schedule. So the help file is not incorrect.

The fact she can create a class makes me think she may have some rights. The lack of Auxiliary choice may be because she's limited to primary. Beyond that, I'm not sure. Once the class is created, one has to go back into Admin and set it up the lesson schedules and activate it for general viewing.
