Adding more than one instructor

We have two instructors in our quorum. I'm not sure how to add more than one instructor.

I read that you can only select one teacher per class. ... s?lang=eng

Yes, you can add more than 1 instructor for a class. You will have to do a work around, but the system will let you have more than one instructor per class. However, you will have to manually add the instructors. You cannot, however, assign two different instructors for the same week for the same class, IE if you have two Valiant 10 classes in your primary. Two identical classes would have to be created in the lesson scheduler. If you have a husband/wife teacher combo, choose one spouses name for the week.

In the "Edit Class" screen, DO NOT list an instructor. This will add a default instructor for the class for the whole year.

Go into the year view for the class you want to add multiple instructors for. As you can see in this shot you have several instructors assigned throughout the year (I have six in this shot alone.)

Select the edit icon to the left of the lesson you wish to add an instructor to. The "Edit Lesson" screen will open. At the bottom under "Instructor", you can type the name of that week's instructor. Either click on the person's name, or arrow down and press enter to confirm the instructors name.

The instructors name will change color. Press save to save changes.

Note: when you print the schedule the instructors names will not show up on the printout (another oft requested feature, but yet to be implemented). Select the schedule while on your browser, copy and paste into a word document. Hyperlinks will copy over and you can send this document to your instructors to follow if wanted. Better yet, show them how to access the schedule online. :-)
