Who can make changes in the lesson scheduling? I read somewhere that teachers would have that ability, and in another post I read that organizational presidencies can make changes. Is it the responsibility of the web administrator to adjust the lesson schedules?

Basically, an administrator (one of whom is the website administrator you referred to) creates the events (mostly conferences) when classes are not held, and then an organization leader (or an administrator, if desired) adds the classes.

Someone who's set as the instructor for the class can also edit the lessons for that class.
