getting help for setting up lesson schedules

I tried to follow the instructions for setting up lesson schedules and was not able to put our ward's lessons in. Instead the lessons that were in got deleted. Is there anyone I can call for help with this. Yes, I am the ward website administrator, and yes, I did follow the steps in the directions. I contacted our Stake web admin person who did not know how to help and suggested i try this site. Thanks, sheila kelley
