Youth Sunday School Lessons 2014 Curriculum

I am rather confused On the one hand I am inform that Come, Follow Me is for youth aged 12-18,and that there is the Gospel Doctrine Class The Old Testament for Youth ages 14-17 .
Can anyone advise me is if there should be two youth classes in Sunday School i.e.
1 12-14 Studying Come, Follow Me
2 14-17 Studying The Old Testament

If these resources are not available in your language, use Old Testament Gospel Doctrine Teacher’s Manual (35570).

This course (and other scripture courses) ended in 2012. The Come, Follow Me curriculum for youth replaced it.
