Closed Captions on downloaded videos
We have Deaf youth in our ward so we need captions on all the videos we show. We can't stream because the signal doesn't reach the YW room very well and they keep freezing. Does anyone know how to get the captions to download with the video? Streamed videos have them (closed captions) but downloaded ones don't.

At this time, I don't think you can. Here's a thread that explains it.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
