Who in the ward has access to edit the lessons? For example, does the primary secretary have rights to administer lessons for the Primary? Not sure how the admin rights for lessons are administered. Please help.

Thanks in advance,

The help file says "Organization leaders, such as elders quorum presidents and Sunday School presidents, as well as their counselors and secretaries, have rights to add classes for their organization but not events."

Thanks russellhltn. Yes, I just found the answer in the help guide. It states "Administrators for Lesson Schedules include bishoprics, clerks, executive secretaries, and ward website administrators." Only administrators can add events.

It also suggests that "There isn't a way to add additional administrators in Lesson Schedules. If you need to add someone as an administrator, and the person does not have one of the default administrator callings, consider adding the person as a ward website administrator in MLS." Our Bishop has not been inclined to allow this to be done.

Good news is that one of the existing adminstrators can add the necessary events and then the auxiliary leaders can add the lessons. I think this will work just fine.

Thanks again for the help.
