Tools drop down menu on screen

The Tools drop down menu stays on screen after I chick Lesson Schedules. This happens with Firefox, Chrome, Opera, and IE.

This behavior only happens when opening Lesson Schedules without signing in to any other LDS.org single sign in site first. This behavior has been noted in another thread. I avoid this by signing in to the LDS.org home page, signing in, and then navigating to Lesson Schedules or any other LDS.org single sign in site I need to visit.

The other irritating behavior is after signing on to one LDS.org single sign in site and navigating to another single sign in site the Tools menu drops down again.
