Lesson schedule
It seems to me, that stake clerks who have entered the lessons in the old web site under stake administration window, should be able to continue to do this. Easier than re entering it per every organization, and fewer mistakes. Why is this not an available option like before?

The old web site (called Classic Ward and Stake Websites) is being retired. It is expensive to maintain, and the new Lesson Schedules application replaces it. I can only speculate on why the functionality was changed; the new Lesson Schedules certainly supports many more classes than the very limited lesson schedules module in the Classic site.kimjones wrote:It seems to me, that stake clerks who have entered the lessons in the old web site under stake administration window, should be able to continue to do this. Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.

This feature has been requested and there are discussions about this on the forums. See this message, which contains links to other discussions about the subject.
Maybe this will show up in the future. I think the church was just trying to get the feature out so they can retire the old "Classic" web sites. This was one of the things they still needed to implement before they could retire the old sites. It is one of the newer items on the Tools menu and isn't as mature as some other tools.

According to this church employee post, while dated in February 2012, indicates the stake admin function will most likely be incorporated in some future release.mevans wrote:Maybe this will show up in the future.
